The purpose
of this organization shall be to promote and encourage,
through a coordinated effort, all phases of High School
Baseball in South Carolina. The aim of this organization
shall be, not to direct or interfere with the policies of
the South Carolina Athletic Coaches Association, but to
offer its time, support, advice and aid in any way that may
be helpful to baseball in the State of South Carolina.
